Dimango.com provides a 30-day, no questions asked, money back guarantee on all products and services purchased, except special order items, large quantity orders, and any discounted items. Your refund or credited amount will be less shipping and a restocking fee of 20% when applicable.  Special order items will be charged a 20% restocking fee; If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by e-mail ( ) or phone and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization Number.   A restocking fee is charged, if the items are not returned in perfect condition. This condition of the product is determined at the descretion of the Dimango.com Returns Department. If he or she deems the prodcut is in resellable condition you will not be charged a restocking fee; otherwise your refund is subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items listed as "ALL SALES FINAL"  will not be accepted if returned, and no credit will be issued.  Actual shipping charges paid by will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error. The following terms must be met by you.

• Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
• The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
• You must include all packaging materials.
• Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
• All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
• Any programming MUST be reset back to factory default. 
• You must pay any return shipping expense.
• Display  the RMA # prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 30 days of original delivery, we will issue credit to your charge account less shipping fees and restocking fees. You may elect to receive store credit towards another purchase or to simply receive a refund.
