The DC-1000 is a long range wireless door chime system with a range that packs a punch.  With a range of up 1,000 feet, this door chime is a great fit for offices, warehouses, or other commercial applications where the distance is further than what typically occurs in a residential application.  Although this product works great in commercial applications, it is a stylish enough door chime to use in your home as well.  The base receiver will play any of 16 different tunes and chime sounds to alert you when the wireless push button is pressed.  This will allow you to add additional wireless push buttons and determine which push button is activating the wireless chime receiver.  For example, the front door may play the Westminster Chime while the back door plays a simple "Ding Dong" sound.  The receiver also flashing LED indicator lights that will flash in one of the four zones you grouped the wireless push button to.  This will enable you to see the door chime alert in a noisy environment or at a quick glance.

The receiver will rest on a table top or may be easily mounted on a wall.  It features an opening front cover for easy melody selection, volume control, and paring with transmitters (push buttons).  The kit ships with a base station receiver and one push button.  The push button is powered by a CR-2450 battery (included) and the base station is powered by either three "C" Alkaline batteries (not included) or a plugin transformer.
